There are many support groups and resources available in the metro Phoenix area to assist parents and caregivers in understanding pediatric cardiology and coping with the diagnosis of congenital heart disease.  The links below are some resources available to you.  Please ask Dr. Stock or the staff if you would like more specific referrals or have questions about other possible resources.

Mended Little Hearts offers support, peer counseling, monthly events, and educational resource to family’s who have loved ones with congenital heart disease.

Sisters by Heart provides support, education, and empowerment to families affected by Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) – from initial diagnosis and beyond.

Free heart camp in Prescott for children with congenital heart disease

Assists Arizona families of children with congenital heart defects and acquired heart disease. The goal is to minimize the financial and emotional burden on the families and enable the children to enjoy an active, fulfilling life.
